Xtine
Director of Operations
Xtine has been part of BridgeView Dental since the very first day in November 2000. Originally from South Vietnam, she immigrated to the U.S. in 1982 and made Austin home in 1995. Her resilience and optimism shine through in her work every day as she helps patients feel cared for—whether answering questions, coordinating care, or sharing her kindness.
Outside the office, Xtine enjoys traveling with her husband in their RV or on their Harley, cheering on the Longhorns and Texans, and spending Sundays with her family. A proud pitbull mom, she treasures memories of Bullit and Kila and enjoys life with her loyal companion, Blu.
For more than two decades, Xtine has been a true cornerstone of BridgeView Dental—brightening smiles and changing lives.
Anita
Receptionist
Anita, our receptionist from Zimbabwe, is the warm voice that greets you when you call BridgeView Dental. With her natural gift for making people feel welcome, she keeps patient care flowing smoothly while adding a personal touch to every interaction.
Outside the office, Anita loves adventure novels, cooking for her family, and cherishing time with loved ones. Family is at the heart of everything she does—and she brings that same warmth, patience, and genuine smile to every day at BridgeView Dental.
Joanna
Dental Hygienist
Joanna grew up as a military child, moving every four years, which gave her the ability to connect easily with people wherever she goes. She made Austin her home in 1994, drawn to the warm Texas sun. A proud graduate of the Austin Community College Hygiene School—and its very first graduate in 2005—Joanna is dedicated to staying current with the latest techniques and education to provide the highest quality care. She strives to build trust with every patient, ensuring they receive the same thorough treatment she would recommend to her own family. Her easygoing nature and genuine conversations help patients feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish.
Outside the office, Joanna enjoys church, traveling, good food, and quality time with her loved ones. She’s a proud mom of two sons, Jaxon and Mateo, and enjoys life with her boyfriend, Rick. Her patients quickly get to know her family stories while in her chair, making every visit personal and welcoming.
Paulina
Dental Assistant
Paulina came to Austin in 1994 from the small island of Moch in Micronesia. At the time, her knowledge of oral care was limited to brushing and pulling teeth—but moving to Texas opened her eyes to dentistry. Driven by a passion for helping others, she became a dental assistant in 1998 and joined BridgeView Dental in 2006.
Paulina is committed to learning, growing, and making patients feel comfortable while providing the best care possible. She loves how dentistry can transform lives through smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family—especially her two sons and beloved grandson.
Miranda
Dental Assistant
Hailing from nearby Georgetown, Miranda came to Austin through career opportunities and family ties. A decade into her dental career, she continues to advance her skills through ongoing training while excelling in patient care every day. As a Dental Assistant, Miranda finds purpose in positively impacting patients’ lives—through clinical work or simple supportive gestures.
Outside the office, Miranda enjoys savoring her favorite Mexican dishes and cheering on the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys. Though her journey brought her to Austin years ago, she feels right at home at BridgeView Dental, where she loves improving smiles and lifting spirits.
