As a courtesy to our patients, our Austin dental staff will help file any PPO insurance policy claim on your behalf. Once we file your claim, your insurance company will process and reimburse you directly according to the terms of your policy.
Payment for services at BridgeView Dental is due to our office at the time of your visit. A 3 percent discount is offered to patients who provide prepayment. Partial payments cannot be made at the time of service unless a financing plan was agreed upon prior to your visit.
Office Billing Policies
At BridgeView Dental, we strive to provide quality, efficient service to all of our patients. To help ensure that your payment and insurance claim are processed properly and in a timely manner, we ask that all patients fill out the provided dental insurance forms completely.
Also, be sure to check with your insurance company to determine the maximum limit that will be paid out per procedure or per year. If your insurance form is incomplete or your insurance limit is exceeded, you will be responsible for payment.

While our office will file your dental insurance claim on your behalf, please be aware that we are not responsible for ensuring reimbursement. Issues regarding a patient’s policy terms, deductible amount, or insurance claims are the responsibility of the patient.
Please keep the following in mind regarding your dental insurance plan:
- Your insurance company will reimburse you directly for payment
- Allow 30 to 60 days after billing for insurance payment to be received
- Dental insurance benefits are decided by your employer
- Plans with deductibles require patients to pay a certain amount before the insurance company will cover a portion of your dental bill
